What is Community in Motion?

We are a community-driven Community Health Action Team (CHAT) where passionate individuals can come together to start solving some of the areas greatest health challenges through means of holistic wellness. We view wellness through an inclusive lens of nine dimensions encompassing: careers, creativity, emotions, environment, financial, intellectual, physical, social and spiritual. Our hope is to develop into a cohort of great influence by leveraging all the local expertise and key resources.
